The Skills and Technical Education Programme (STEP), Malawi, operated from 2016 to 2021 and offered a variety of supports to the TVET system in Malawi. The website is still available at: http://www.stepmalawi.com

The website has numerous resource materials and also studies and reports.

The TVET reform project in Bangladesh was funded by the European Union and ran from 2008 to 2015. I was proud to be the Chief Technical Advisor with the ILO for much of the project’s duration.
